com.sap.ide.eclipse.component.provider.actions.dcmetadata.error:No team provider found for the project

hi all,

im getting above error when im trying to add library dc to my development component via Dc MetaData-->Dc Definition-->Used DC's-->Add Used Dc...  option. Im stuck at this point please help me to sort it out.
